This course is destined to third Licence of Microbiology, it concerns the relation between microorganisms and food. First , it presents basics about foods and about microorganisms, than, the various interactions between microorganisms and foods and among them food poisoning and food manufacturing. Finaly, it presents the methods of food preservation.
